About The Position

This 2nd shift role (3:30pm - 12am, Sunday - Thursday) contributes to the success of the Entire Facility by performing the following functions: shipping, packaging, special handling, stocking and Receiving footwear & accessories shipments.

Requirements

• Possess High School diploma or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of distribution or warehouse operations.
• Problem solving skills.
• Attention to and awareness of ergonomic issues in the workplace.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team.
• Computer skills: MS Word, Windows, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Perform all shipping functions which includes loading, trans-loading trucks, palletize off line shipments, air shipments and parcel post orders, billing of orders, and organizing shipping floor to accommodate daily workflow.
• Ensure accuracy and count of sorted products using WMS.
• Place all replenishment, RTS and split size and style cartons in pre-assigned bins to achieve accurate inventory counts in pick zones.
• Fill customer orders according to system-generated pick tickets.
• Check, seal and label cartons for customer satisfaction.
• Ensure the availability of replenishment stock for fulfillment of all customer orders.
• Work with full scope of coordinators on understanding pick and pack wave integrity for an even flow of work to shipping area.
• Back up to the Reconciler.
• Assist with training of our temporary workforce with all the basic fundamentals of Shipping including SAFETY.
