Shipping/Distribution Team Member (1st Shift)
About The Position
Melaleuca has multiple immediate openings for Full-Time Shipping/Distribution Team Members in our Distribution Center. Schedule: Monday - Friday 6:30am - 3:00pm. Peak days (4-5 days/month) start at 4:30am. We are looking for team players who can ensure a quality experience for our customers. If you have experience in picking and packaging products for distribution, you might be perfect for this position! Don't have experience? No problem! We'll train you! Requirements
- Dependable with exceptional attendance and punctuality
- Able to read, write, and follow established operational procedures
- Able to perform basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide, etc.)
- Able to perform in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety and quality
- Able to stand or walk for duration of shift
- Able to lift a minimum of 35 lbs. regularly and consistently over duration of shift
- Able to perform duties such as collating, sorting, filling, toting, etc.
- Able to pull, stretch, bend, and lift regularly and consistently over duration of shift
- Able to climb stairs
Nice To Haves
- Experience in picking and packaging products for distribution
Responsibilities
- Picking and packaging products for distribution - no warehouse searching required, as all items are located directly behind each station
- Visual inspection and auditing for accuracy
- Pack and ship products for customer orders in a fast-paced environment
