About The Position

Secure Work Environment – NO LAYOFFS Melaleuca has multiple immediate openings for Full-Time Shipping/Distribution Team Members in our Distribution Center. Requirements

Dependability with exceptional attendance and punctuality.
Ability to read, write, and follow established operational procedures.
Ability to perform basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide, etc.).
Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment on a prolonged basis while maintaining safety and quality.
Ability to stand or walk for duration of shift.
Ability to lift a minimum of 35 lbs. regularly and consistently over duration of shift.
Manual dexterity for such duties as collating, sorting, filling, toting, etc.
Ability to pull, stretch, bend, and lift regularly and consistently over duration of shift.
Ability to climb stairs.

Nice To Haves

Experience in packaging products in a shipping/distribution environment is a plus; however, it’s not required.

Responsibilities

Picking and packaging products for distribution - no warehouse searching required, as all items are located directly behind each station
Visual inspection and auditing for accuracy
Pack and ship products for customer orders in a fast-paced environment
