About the position

The Shipping Coordinator is responsible for managing mini major accounts and ensuring efficient processing of shipments. This role involves running daily reports, creating necessary shipping documents, and coordinating various shipment types to meet monthly goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage mini major accounts such as Shopbob, Windsor Fashion, Revolve, and Lulu's.
• Run daily reports to meet monthly goals.
• Create required documents for daily shipments.
• Schedule appointments and process various shipment types including LTL, DHL, USPS, and FedEx.
• Pack orders manually across different portals.
• Perform data entry and route customer purchase orders through different portals.
• Prepare and print shipping labels for all mini major accounts.
• Create UCC128 labels and documents for outgoing shipments, including pick tickets, BOL, and packing lists.
• Communicate with customer service to ensure timely shipping of customer orders.

Requirements

• Experience in shipping and logistics coordination.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong data entry skills.
