PurposeThis role handles all incoming and outgoing deliveries from the facility ensuring efficient and effective flow to meet business objectives.Key Missions Manages in-coming and out-going order processing and documentation, including generating delivery or shipping documents Receives or inspects goods and verifying items against the shipment record Gathers, verifies and packs items for shipment according to specifications and the applicable transportation method Records received and shipped items Stages materials in appropriate Warehouse location Assignd INS numbers for resale and non-resale materials Maintains consumables inventory Ensures all work conforms to Security Standards, Operational Systems and Procedures and Regulations, including ISO 91, PCI, and Customer specifications and requirements Works with other employees and departments to resolve shipping and receiving matters Respects and applies Health and Safety rules to ensure a safe working environment Holds experience and knowmedge with standard concepts, practices and procedures within the relevant field Relies on instructions, pre-established guidelines or on limited experience and judgement to plan and accomplish the functions and goals of the job Works under general supervision Reports to a supervisor or manager Receives, unpacks, checks, and stores merchandise or materials Fills requisitions and orders Packs, crates, ships or transports products and materials Monitors order tracking system and equipment usage Processes documentation under supervision, including preparing paper work for inbound or outbound shipments, reviewing shipment documents, invoices, and packing lists, as well as maintaining inventory of shipping supplies Profile & Other Information

Responsibilities
