About The Position

The shipping coordinator is responsible for maintaining inventory of incoming goods and coordinating incoming trucks.

Responsibilities

• Record information and data into Business Central software system
• Take inventory of daily use items throughout the plant such as cartons, boxes, etc.
• Enter orders for new items; properly distribute received items
• Communicate daily with Plant GM, trucking (scheduling dock times), and grader team via phone and email
• Send month end inventory to verify numbers are accurate
• Keep work area clean, follow GMP, and wear appropriate PPE
• Operate forklift if needed
• Other duties as assigned
