This role is pivotal in upholding our commitment to customer satisfaction and operational excellence. This is a full-time permanent position. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Proficient in English.
Intermediate ability to read and interpret text.
Must have basic math skills
Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel).
Must have the ability to lift up to 50 Ibs.
Maintain a valid driver’s license and appropriate forklift certification.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in a shipping/receiving or logistics role preferred.
Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP software is an asset.
Experience as a Shipping Loader Operator, or equivalent, and has demonstrated a good working knowledge of safe and efficient truck-loading procedures is an asset.
Exposure to ERP systems requiring handheld picking.
Experience driving PIV (Power Industrial Vehicle) and MHE, sit-downs, reach lifts, pallet riders.
Demonstrated a good working knowledge of safe and efficient truck-loading procedures is an asset.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily product movements with sales and customers, confirming product availability and coordinating with the warehouse for orders including fittings.
Generate necessary shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading, customs paperwork, and proforma invoices.
Conduct pre-calls to customers as required to ensure shipment readiness and address any concerns.
Perform data entry tasks in AX, JDE, SAP & DSI systems to maintain accurate records of shipping transactions.
Manage pick-ups and track Proof of Delivery (POD) to ensure seamless delivery processes.
Communicate effectively with customer service via emails and phone calls regarding order status, PO issues, and corrections.
Participate in monthly and year-end inventory processes, contributing to accurate inventory management.
Train other employees as assigned, ensuring a competent and knowledgeable team.
Perform additional duties as directed by the Warehouse Superintendent or other Senior Management.
