About The Position
We’re a local commercial printing and direct marketing company seeking a dependable team member for our Finishing Department. We are seeking a Shipping Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire shipping process, including recording orders, labeling packages, and packing containers. The ideal candidate must have strong attention to detail and a commitment to integrity.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Shipping Clerk or in a similar position with a Printing Company is preferred
- High school diploma/GED
- Basic math and computer skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects
Responsibilities
- Package, label and ship completed orders via UPS, FedEx
- Distribute received packages internally
- Organize and maintain customer inventory
- Assist with finishing/bindery duties as necessary, including collating, booklet making, corner rounding, folding, etc.
- Backup delivery driver (local)
