About The Position

This is a part-time, temporary Shipping Clerk position located at the Shipping – NDC. The role involves handling all aspects of shipping, including setting up orders, billing them out, and distributing proper documents to drivers. The work schedule is typically Monday - Friday from 7:00am to 3:30pm, but hours may vary depending on production, and some weekends are required. The successful candidate must be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and be flexible with their working schedule.

Requirements

• Knowledge of WA state grade standards.
• Must have the ability to read running orders.
• Must have basic computer knowledge.
• Must have good organizational skills.
• Must have a can-do attitude
• Must be a fast learner.
• Must work well as a team
• Must be able to multitask, and good attention to detail.
• Must have good customer service skills.
• Must be able to work under pressure, in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to work with little supervision.
• Must be flexible with working schedule including evenings and weekends.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of WMS system is a plus.
• Prior shipping experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handling all aspects of shipping.
• Setting up orders and billing them out.
• Distribute proper documents to the drivers.
• Other duties may be assigned.
