About The Position

The Shipping Clerk is responsible for preparing, packaging, and shipping products accurately while maintaining inventory records and quality controls. This role supports daily shipping operations and ensures timely, damage-free delivery.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous receiving experience is helpful but not required.
  • Ability to regularly lift up to 40 pounds.
  • Strong mathematical skills, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and ship products accurately
  • Verify parts, quantities, and documentation
  • Package products to prevent damage
  • Create packing lists, shipping labels, and carrier documentation
  • Update inventory records in the MRP system
  • Coordinate shipments using UPS and FedEx systems
