About The Position

The primary purpose for this position is to process any needed sales or purchase orders for Okuma America. These orders include all types of purchase orders as well as shipping sales orders as the team needs. This position is a temporary role with Okuma America.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 1+ years material handling experience
  • Fork-lift operation experience
  • Able to work with other departments to achieve desired results
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Customer Service focused
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills
  • Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs.
  • Continuous standing, bending, pulling, pushing, climbing, squatting, reaching

Responsibilities

  • Unload incoming shipments from the receiving dock as needed.
  • Generate ASN or packing list to ensure shipment is correct.
  • Receive all incoming PO’s using the handheld through AX.
  • Put away all received PO’s into correct warehouse locations.
  • Deliver material to stock
  • Deliver material to internal customers
  • Pick material from specified locations
  • Fork-lift driving is required
  • Package / secure material for safe delivery
  • Generate packing list and ship product within AX.
  • Perform 5S
  • Help with other areas of Okuma America as needed
