About The Position

The Shipping Clerk at Cargill is responsible for providing administrative support to a team or department, focusing on coordinating and implementing various administrative functions. Requirements

  • High school diploma, secondary education level or equivalent.
  • Able to communicate in English.

Nice To Haves

  • Customer service or distribution software experience.
  • Experience working with inventory system.
  • Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Excel, and Word).
  • Proven SAP experience and IPFS.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine administrative work within established procedures.
  • Schedule and coordinate pickup times with customers.
  • Solicit, collect, and organize documentation and data, performing moderately data entry into one or more systems.
  • Enter routine data into standard forms and templates and archive paper and electronic documents.
  • Receive and relay messages and respond to varied routine administrative requests.
  • Handle basic clerical, administrative, technical, or customer support issues under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
  • Other duties as assigned.
