About The Position

Responsible for arranging and coordinating carrier pickups and all accompanying required paperwork. Investigate overages/shortages and proofs for payments as required. Respond to customer inquiries regarding shipments and provide documents for proof of delivery as required. Establishing open and transparent communication channels with carriers, ensuring regular updates, addressing queries, and fostering a collaborative partnership. May also be required to work trucker's window, schedule return goods authorizations (RGAs), monitor the shipping yard, creating bill of ladings (BOL) in Papervision and several other miscellaneous duties. Lead all aspects of staging and loading to the correct carriers. Entering data on multiple customers' websites. Generate Reports as needed.

Requirements

• Proficiency in MS Office
• Experience with SAP and DLX or similar Warehouse Management System
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to influence and work effectively with all levels of management
• Traffic/Shipping background
• High school diploma required
