Role Overview Responsible for verifying that Suppliers are shipping all materials within an order. Knowledge of documentation including and not limited to Purchase Orders, Specifications, Drawings, etc. Ability to communicate professionally with suppliers and MP Team Members also, to prevent Liquidated Damages (LD’s) and or back charges created at the job site in which MITSUBISHI POWER will be charged when vendor equipment arrives at the project site and then inventoried. Prevent Overage, Shortage & Damage (OS&D’s) reports issued against MITSUBISHI POWER to a minimum by the customer and their Engineering and Procurement and Construction (EPC) group.
