The Shipping Associate role involves accepting, identifying, verifying, and securing incoming materials during receiving and distribution to their proper destination. Key tasks include receiving all PO shipments into SAP according to procedures, performing effectively in a high-volume dock environment, and being able to float to other locations. The position requires comfort with extensive computer work, particularly using SAP and MS Outlook.

Requirements

• A minimum 2 years of related experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 suite of resources including: Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams
• Advanced SAP skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Able to lift up to 50lbs
• Ability to perform at a high-volume dock and the ability to float to other locations
• Comfortable with large amounts of computer work- especially using SAP and MS Outlook

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of SharePoint

Responsibilities

• Separating silicon wafers in cleanroom environment
• Assemble packages with appropriate shipping materials
• Palletizing of outgoing shipments
• Process shipments utilizing the FIFO method unless otherwise directed
• Self-starter with little supervision
• Float to other areas as needed
• Prepare and manage all the necessary documents required for carrying out domestic and international shipping
• High volume performance a must
• Ensure compliance the rules and regulations
• Perform accurate shipping transactions in SAP
• Accept, identify, verify and secure incoming materials while in receiving and during distribution of the goods to its proper destination
• Receive all PO shipments into SAP according to procedures
