Requirements

Comfortable working with heights of 30+ ft.
Able to work standing or walking for 10 hour shifts.
Able to frequently lift and shift boxes weighing an average of 20 to 35 pounds with a maximum of 65 pounds throughout a full shift of work.
Flexibility to work within different departments.

Responsibilities

Safely handle product in an efficient and trained manner.
Build rapport with other departments to ensure freight flow service levels and quality levels are maintained.
Work efficiently and safely by setting effective work goals, establishing priorities, and producing quality work.
Work under pressure to ensure deliveries of product are shipped on time.
Collaborate cross-departmentally to strategize and plan each day in order to execute shipping as much product as possible to our stores and customers.
