About The Position

Clinigen is a rapidly growing global specialty pharmaceutical and services company with a unique combination of businesses. Our divisions operate in a complex global regulatory environment and ensure that vital medicines are delivered securely on time and wherever they are needed in the world.
This position is responsible for the shipping of inventory by ensuring the accuracy of all contents to be sent prior to pick up. This position is required to be on site in Malvern, PA.

Requirements

• 1 year experience performing shipping duties
• 1 year of experience with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), or Good Documentation Practices (GDP)

• Highly computer literate; experience operating with all Microsoft Office software

Responsibilities

• Prepares and verifies the pack-out of domestic and international shipments
• Completes and reviews shipping documents, reports, memos, and correspondence
• Prepares and maintains shipping supplies
• Partners with other members of the Operations Department to address and resolve concerns prior to shipment
• Learns and adheres to Good Documentation Practices (GDP), current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), and CSM’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
