About The Position

Westaff is looking for a Shipping Associate in the Fall River, MA area for Immediate Start!
Location: Fall River, MA
Shift: Monday - Friday 7:30am-3:30pm
Responsible for pulling, inspecting, and preparing orders for shipment. Applicants MUST have reach truck experience!

Requirements

• 1–3 years of reach truck and forklift operation experience (REQUIRED)
• 1–3 years of domestic and international shipping experience
• High accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail
• Ability to perform basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Execute all aspects of the pick‑and‑ship process for freight and small parcel orders
• Accurately pick customer orders according to pick lists
• Inspect products pulled by other order pickers
• Wrap pallets and load trucks for shipment
• Operate reach truck, forklift, and pallet jack
• Use handheld scanners for all transactions
