About The Position

We build healthcare furniture and are looking for a SKILLED shipping associate to help ship products that help people. 1st shift - 6:30a to 3:00p Previous shipping experience and good attendance are a MUST for this small department. $16.50+ to start, depending on experience

Requirements

Previous shipping or manufacturing experience, with the ability to work independently after training
Strong attention to detail and accuracy when preparing and verifying shipments
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly (75 lbs. occasionally) and maneuver large loads throughout the shift
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and safely use handheld power tools
Self‑motivated, dependable, and customer‑focused mindset with a commitment to safety, PPE use, and company values

Responsibilities

Package, label, wrap, stage, and prepare products for safe and accurate shipment
Load products onto trucks and verify shipments against packing slips
Use product knowledge and basic computer systems to support shipping activities
Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, carts; forklift as required)
