About The Position
Find your future at Fastenal! Our distribution center is hiring energetic, team oriented individuals to work in our fast pace warehouse! Working as Full-time Shipping Assistant Manager, you will assist in managing the Shipping department. The Shipping department is responsible for organizing all outgoing orders by placing packages into the correct shipping containers. You will motivate and provide leadership to team members to ensure day-to-day operations are completed safely, accurately, efficiently and on time.
