About The Position

At LaForce, we're looking for a Shipping and Receiving Technician to join our Cincinnati, OH team and play a key role in ensuring our products are ready to meet customer needs. This role is a full-time, Monday through Friday position, with no nights or weekends! In this role, you'll help ensure our operations run smoothly by receiving, organizing, and preparing hardware and other specialty products for delivery to the job.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Some experience in material handling
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand and move frequently throughout the shift
• Safe operation of warehouse equipment
• Willingness to learn and adapt
• Proficiency with LaForce software and computer systems

Responsibilities

• Check in hardware and other items
• Pull, sort, palletize, shrink wrap and load products and process necessary shipping paperwork.
• Label and separate hardware based on receiving sheets for specific jobs
• Pull stock for sales orders
• Forklift operation
