Shipping and Receiving Specialist

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–3 years shipping/receiving or warehouse experience preferred
- Forklift experience required (certification preferred or ability to obtain)
- ERP/data entry experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Responsibilities
- Prepare shipping documents (packing slips, BOLs, labels)
- Schedule and coordinate outbound shipments
- Receive and verify incoming materials; enter data into ERP (Global Shop or equivalent)
- Communicate discrepancies to Purchasing and Quality
- Operate forklift to load, unload, move, and stage materials
- Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory records
- Support cycle counts and inventory accuracy
- Assist drivers, vendors, and internal teams
- Follow safety, PPE, and warehouse procedures
