About The Position

The Shipping and Receiving Specialist will handle all inbound and outbound shipments for our corporate office at TRIVACO. Through communications with ground, courier, LTL, and 3PL providers, the Shipping and Receiving Specialist will be responsible for completing and distributing all appropriate paperwork for all shipments. All packages will be safely and securely packaged by this team member.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years shipping and receiving experience
Computer skills and typing proficient
Able to multi-task with unexpected interruptions
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Attention to detail and precision to assure standards are met timely
Must be able to reliably commute to Hebron, KY 41048, or be willing to relocate prior to start date

Responsibilities

Will require lifting packages up to and over 75 lbs
Establish excellent ‘Can do’ relationships with inside team members and shippers
Maintaining inventories for all orders that are in processing
Preparing all shipments for pickup in regard to strapping, banding, and wrapping
Packaging all outbound orders for ground shipments
Loading and unloading all inbound and outbound freight on trucks
Scheduling of all outbound freight shipments on online portals or via email/phone calls to carriers or 3PLs.
Setting up shipping for multiple TRIVACO locations via email and phone
Handling all appropriate paperwork regarding shipments, including BOLs, packing slips, etc.
