About The Position
As a shipping and Receiving Manager, you will have two direct reports and will play a pivotal role in overseeing the efficient movement of goods both inbound and outbound. Your responsibilities will include coordinating shipments, managing the loading process, ensuring proper documentation, and overseeing the receiving process. Additionally, you will be tasked with maintaining communication with carriers, working within an ERP system, tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and providing support to various departments within the organization. We are seeking a candidate with strong leadership skills, experience in logistics management, and a keen attention to detail.
