About The Position
We are currently recruiting for a Shipping and Receiving Lead for our regional manufacturing facility located in Mesquite, Texas. You will be responsible for coordinating the daily functions of picking product and preparing it for shipment, as well as coordinate the daily functions of receiving product and ensuring proper placement for purposes of improving pick times and inventory accuracy. This position includes ensuring the finished product and quantity of items are correctly picked and shipped according to customer specifications. The lead performs a variety of duties including picking, packing, and leading the shipping team.
