About The Position

Working hours for this shift is Thursday to Saturday and every other Wednesday from 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. Working in a climate-controlled environment with a great team. We offer a 15% shift differential for working 3rd.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, with leadership or training responsibilities.
  • Strong understanding of shipping, receiving, and inventory control processes.
  • Ability to train and mentor team members effectively.
  • Proficient in using Windows-based systems and warehouse software (SAP experience preferred).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret instructions, reports, and visual aids.
  • Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages.
  • Ability to work in standardized situations with minimal variation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support a team of warehouse clerks in daily shipping and receiving operations.
  • Provide station support and hands-on training to team members.
  • Perform tasks related to receiving, unpacking, material handling, and inventory management.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of inventory and material movements.
  • Train and certify clerks in proper execution of processes and work instructions.
  • Collaborate with the area supervisor to ensure compliance with operational standards.
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.
  • May perform other duties as assigned.
