About The Position
As a Shipping & Receiving Lead at Vital Farms, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap from local family farms to grocery stores for our consumers. You'll be on your feet during each twelve-hour shift, moving, lifting, loading and working in an air-conditioned and sunlight-filled warehouse.
