About The Position

Join our team at Insteel and put your skills to work in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment. This is a 2nd shift position, M-F 3PM-11PM with required training on 1st shift, M-F 7AM-3PM, for approximately 90-120 days.

Requirements

• 2+ years forklift experience (heavy materials preferred)
• Strong attention to safety and detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Basic computer and math skills
• Ability to work in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to move raw materials and finished product
• Load flatbed trucks with steel materials
• Stage materials for production
• Perform basic inventory entries and cycle counts
• Keep work area clean and safe
• Inspect product quality
