Primary Responsibilities: As a Forklift Operator, you'll be a pivotal part of our team, ensuring the smooth flow of our warehouse operations. Your responsibilities will include: Forklift Wizardry: Safely and efficiently operate a forklift, showcasing your skills and precision. Vehicle Care: Take pride in your forklift by conducting daily inspections and ensuring proper battery watering, contributing to the longevity of our equipment. Rack Maneuvering Mastery: Skillfully navigate in and out of our racking system without causing any damage to the forklift or the racks. Customer Care: Pay attention to customer labels and purchase orders, ensuring pallets are placed in the right location within our warehouse. Pick Ticket Pro: Learn to work with pick tickets and process Bills of Lading, showcasing your commitment to order accuracy. Pallet Proficiency: Recognize various pallet types and understand the different items that belong on each pallet, contributing to efficient storage and retrieval. Cold Resilience: Be prepared to withstand cold temperatures for extended periods, demonstrating your dedication to the job. Loadmaster: Know how to properly load trucks, ensuring weight distribution is spot on for safe and efficient transport. Safety First: Maintain a good driving record, prioritizing safety in all your operations. Team Player: Be ready to take on any other responsibilities assigned by your supervisor, contributing to a seamless and collaborative work environment.
Requirements
- You should be at least 18 years of age.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States is a must.
- Pass a pre-employment background check and drug check.
- You must be capable of regularly lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Forklift operation experience or the willingness to learn and become certified.
- A strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills to handle complex warehouse logistics.
- Adaptability to work in a cold storage environment.
- A commitment to safety, both for yourself and your colleagues.
- Team spirit and the ability to contribute positively to a collaborative workplace.

- 1-2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
