This position closes the critical final steps of the operations process by pick releasing, routing via TMS and invoicing product to create timely revenue recognition within the organization. 1st Shift schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm Pay scale: $20.25-$29.20/ hour Role & ResponsibilityUnloads and receives incoming materials and compares information on packing slip with purchase order to verify accuracy of shipment; may process return shipments for customers. Sorts, counts, packages, labels, insures, unpacks, and/or logs inventory which is received. Inspects shipments for damages or defects; records discrepancies or damages and notifies the appropriate person. Delivers items to requisitioning departments. Maintain department database Apriso and Oracle, prepare routine reports, and file receiving records. Operate dolly, pallet jack, and/or forklift in loading and unloading supplies and equipment; to deliver shipments; inside and outside in all weather conditions. Follows established departmental policies, procedures, and objectives, continuous quality improvement objectives, and safety, environmental, and/or infection control standards. Self-motivated, able to complete assigned tasks and understand manufacturing flow. Responsible for entering paperwork in Apriso and Oracle instances for receipts and inventory flow. Performs miscellaneous job-duties as assigned.
