About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the flow of goods in and out of our warehouse, ensuring accurate order fulfillment and maintaining inventory levels. The ideal candidate will have experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment, with a strong understanding of shipping and receiving processes.

Requirements

• Previous experience in shipping and receiving, order picking, or warehouse operations is preferred.
• Familiarity with e-commerce order fulfillment processes is a plus.
• Ability to operate an order picker or similar equipment safely.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic math skills for inventory management and order verification.
• Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks as required.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload shipments efficiently and safely.
• Stock products in designated areas within the warehouse.
• Prepare orders for shipment by picking items accurately from inventory.
• Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against purchase orders or invoices.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and order fulfillment.
• Utilize basic math skills to perform counts and measurements as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely processing of orders.
• Adhere to safety protocols while operating warehouse equipment.
