About The Position

We are seeking a dependable, organized, and customer‑focused Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our Jeep Dodge Ram team! This role is essential to the smooth operation of our Parts Department—ensuring accurate inventory handling, efficient organization, and timely delivery of parts to our valued customers. Pay: $19/Hour.

Requirements

• Ability to lift and move items up to100 lbs.
• Strong communication skills and ability to move through the dealership to coordinate with multiple departments
• Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, kneeling, pushing, and reaching.
• A reliable, self‑motivated team player
• Someone who takes pride in accuracy, organization, and professionalism

Nice To Haves

• Ability to confidently operate automatic, electric, hybrid, and manual vehicles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist freight carriers in unloading trailers.
• Check in stock shipments, ensuring accuracy and condition of all received parts
• Prioritize and check in special‑order parts.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Assist counter staff with picking, organizing, and staging orders for delivery.
• Handle the return of obsolete parts to manufacturers.
• Safely load delivery trucks to avoid damage or loss.
• Support warehouse operations between deliveries, including organizing, cleaning, or assisting team members.
