Shipping and Receiving Clerk - Idaho Falls
About The Position
The purpose of this role is to have a dual focus. The main role will be doing local deliveries in the Idaho Falls area along with delivering to our Rigby and Rexburg locations. The other part of the role is to help in our shipping and receiving department. The role will be to organize, receive, sort, load, ship, and deliver customer orders while supporting warehouse operations. This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate order fulfillment, timely deliveries, and well-maintained inventory while serving customers throughout the community.
Requirements
- Have an excellent driving record and provide a copy of a driving record within 15 days
- Good communication skills
- Ability to problem solve and be solutions-oriented

- Reliable with excellent attendance

Responsibilities
- Be detail oriented by organizing customer orders, packaging and loading delivery vehicles in a safe and effective way.
- Organize, stage, and designate delivery routes and shipping schedules
- Load and unload customer orders and incoming shipments
- Be able to lift up to 50 lbs without assistance to move materials and products
- Safely operate company vehicles and remain alert and responsible while driving
- Assist with vehicle maintenance and keep vehicles clean and presentable
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and damage
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including packaging and labeling
- Take an active role in quality control to ensure orders are accurate, clean, undamaged, and presentable
- Support warehouse organization and inventory control as needed
