Requirements

• High school diploma
• Minimum of 2 years of related warehouse, logistics, or shipping/receiving experience
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Experience with ERP systems (Dynamics GP preferred)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with deadlines
• DG (Dangerous Goods) certification preferred or willingness to obtain

Responsibilities

• Ship and receive domestic and international orders
• Communicate directly with customers via phone and email regarding parts sales
• Prepare quotes, create sales orders, and invoice accurately
• Document transactions in Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains
• Route and transact inventory from proper stocking locations
• Properly package and ship potentially hazardous materials (DG certification required)
• Complete transportation and customs documentation with precision
• Support field engineers with urgent parts and loaner requests
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or damaged goods
• Perform cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy
