About The Position

Prepare items for shipping, noting item contents, delivery methods, and other logistical details using proper procedures and materials. Receives, checks, stores, issues and ships a variety of items and maintains inventory control. Use assistance and/or powered mechanical means (including forklifts) to load, unload, store and deliver a variety of incoming and outgoing material. Proficiently uses computer hardware/software. Maintain contact with personnel from various customers and support areas to ensure accuracy of material/process. Cycle count applicable inventory per the cycle count process requirements. Use assorted measuring and weight recording devices. Keep equipment and surrounding areas neat and clean. Able to work independently and within a team. Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask. Must adhere to all EH&S regulations and policies as well as attend required training courses related to EH&S. Follow the EH&S roles and responsibilities in accordance with the Cargo Policy MP 5322.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a HS diploma, In the absence of a HS diploma or GED, 2 years of relevant experience is required.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. Collins Aerospace will not offer sponsorship for this position.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
