We're also proud to offer a top-notch benefits package, including: Health Dental Vision Paid vacation and holidays 401(k) with employer match This full-time position works Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–3:30 pm, with overtime as needed. As a Shipping and Receiving Associate, you'll receive and stock products, break down skids, pull orders, and coordinate shipments with carriers. You'll maintain inventory flow, deliver parts, operate a forklift, and ensure accurate shipment entries, all while supporting production efficiency and teamwork within the facility. Requirements
- 21+ years of age for company vehicle use
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask
- Effective communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods of time
- Experience entering data into a computer
- Basic mechanical and repair skills
- Ability to use/read tape measures and digital calipers
- Strong attention to detail
- Commitment to safety and cleanliness standards
- Professional demeanor
- Ability to safely lift 50 lbs
