As a Warehouse Production Lead, you'll play a crucial role in overseeing our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining quality standards, and leading a team of production staff. Requirements

  • A minimum of 6 months of consecutive work history with one (1) employer within the past (1) year.
  • High School or equivalent preferred but not required.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in a lead or supervisory role in a distribution/production/manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise daily production or warehouse operations, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and production standards.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve performance goals and maintain high levels of productivity.
  • Monitor production schedules, workflows, and inventory levels to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
  • Collaborate with management to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance QA and USDA.
  • Assist in the development of operational reports and performance metrics.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring that all equipment is in good working condition.
