Shipping and Receiving Administrator
About The Position

As a Shipping & Receiving Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring our products reach customers around the world—safely, accurately, and on time. You will handle domestic and international shipments, receive goods into the facility, and support inventory accuracy within our ERP system (SAP). This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and being part of a high-performing warehouse team within an international and collaborative environment.
Requirements
- Have a High School diploma or equivalent
- Bring experience working safely and accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Are comfortable working in a team-oriented setting
- Can lift, handle, and move packages within safe working limits
- Have experience using an ERP system (SAP preferred)
- Are computer-literate with strong communication skills
- Can manage multiple tasks with limited supervision and adapt to shifting priorities
- Interact professionally with employees at all levels of the organization
Nice To Haves
- Have experience working in an ISO-accredited environment (preferred)
- Have experience using an ERP system (SAP preferred)
