About The Position
This position is responsible for the shipment of all outbound freight in a timely and accurate manner. Additional responsibilities include, but not limited to, assisting in warehouse with receiving, physical inventory, cycle counts, parts stocking for production and process improvement initiatives for the department. Ideal candidates will have strong attention to detail, excellent attendance, great communication skills and ability to be self directed and multi-task in a fast paced environment.
Requirements
- Attention to Detail
- Qualified applicants will have minimum of one-year prior experience in Warehouse environment.
- Ability to read tape measure, specification sheets and teamwork are required.
Nice To Haves
- Special skills with forklift, inventory, and computer skills preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Performs carpenter related work.
- Operates fork lift as required.
- Properly stack and inventory materials.
- Quality inspections completed on each job prior to banding for shipping.
- Operates any equipment needed to perform job.
- Performs related duties as needed by supervision
