About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Shipping & Packing Specialist to join our printing and fabrication operations team. This role is responsible for generating shipping labels, preparing orders for shipment, and ensuring packages are properly packed and processed through our internal system and carrier platforms such as FedEx and UPS. The ideal candidate will have experience creating shipping labels, verifying shipment details, and preparing packages for both domestic and international delivery in a fast-paced production environment.

Requirements

Experience creating shipping labels using FedEx and UPS systems.
Experience with domestic and international shipping documentation.
2+ years of shipping, packing, or fulfillment experience, preferably in a production or manufacturing environment.
Familiarity with ERP systems or shipping software is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to read and interpret packing lists, invoices, and shipment documentation.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and handle packaging materials when needed.

Nice To Haves

Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

Generate and process shipping labels using FedEx, UPS, and internal shipping systems.
Verify shipment details against packing slips to ensure accuracy before processing shipments.
Prepare finished print products and fabricated items for shipment to customers and distributors.
Properly pack orders using appropriate materials to ensure safe transport and minimize damage.
Produce required shipping documentation including packing slips, shipping labels, bills of lading, and international customs paperwork when required.
Enter accurate shipment information including dimensions, weights, and service levels into shipping systems.
Print, organize, and apply shipping labels to outgoing packages and pallets.
Work with internal teams to confirm orders are ready for shipment.
Maintain accurate shipping records within company system.
Communicate with internal teams if shipment information is incomplete or requires clarification.
