We are looking for a Shipping and Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic organization that is shaping the future of technology. This role is essential in coordinating and scheduling the shipment of products to ensure timely and efficient delivery to customers. The Shipping and Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for organizing shipping activities, maintaining communication with internal stakeholders, tracking shipments, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory shipping standards. This position is primarily office-based but may require occasional visits to the warehouse or production floor. The environment is fast-paced with tight deadlines, making it crucial for the coordinator to be adaptable and proactive in their approach. In this role, you will coordinate daily shipping schedules to meet customer demands and production schedules. You will monitor and track shipments, resolving any issues related to delays or routing changes. Collaboration with warehouse teams is essential to ensure timely preparation and loading of shipments. You will maintain accurate records of shipments, schedules, and carrier information, and identify compliance issues while working with internal teams to assist with resolution. Providing timely updates to customers and internal stakeholders regarding shipment status is a key responsibility, as is preparing shipping documents such as bills of lading, packing lists, and invoices. You will also work closely with the inventory and procurement teams to manage shipping priorities and address any inventory shortages, review and reconcile shipping invoices, and assist in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize shipping processes and reduce costs.
