About The Position

The Shipping and Billing Representative supports the daily distribution and billing operations of the Graphics Production department. This position is responsible for preparing and shipping advertising and marketing materials to stores and warehouses, accurately calculating job tickets for monthly billing, and assisting with production support activities to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials.

Requirements

Must be able to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or verbal instructions, deal with a few concrete variables
Must have the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide whole numbers
Must have the ability to file, post, and mail materials; understand and follow verbal or demonstrated instructions; write identifying information; request supplies orally or in writing
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Must be physically able to do heavy work: exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, 25 pounds of force frequently, and 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
Visual requirements include vision from 20 inches or less, vision at distances of more than 20 inches and less than 20 feet.
Ability to identify and distinguish colors.
Ability to observe an area up, down, or to the right or left while eyes are fixed on a given point.
Must be able to perform the following physical activities: Climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crawling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, fingering, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions.
