About The Position

We are seeking a Shipper to support outbound logistics operations by preparing, packaging, and coordinating shipments in accordance with customer, regulatory, and internal requirements.

This role exists to ensure finished goods are accurately packaged, labeled, documented, and shipped on time while maintaining strict traceability and compliance standards. The Shipper plays a critical role in customer satisfaction, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency.

This is a detail-oriented and process-driven role for a dependable professional who thrives in fast-paced manufacturing environments and understands the importance of shipping accuracy and documentation integrity.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations
• Familiarity with manufacturing shipping processes preferred
• Experience with ERP systems and shipping software
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
• Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment (certification preferred)
• Basic understanding of domestic and international shipping documentation
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in aerospace, defense, semiconductor, or regulated manufacturing environments preferred

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with manufacturing shipping processes preferred
• Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment (certification preferred)

Responsibilities

• Prepare and package finished goods according to customer specifications and internal procedures
• Verify part numbers, quantities, and documentation prior to shipment
• Ensure proper labeling, traceability, and certification paperwork is included
• Coordinate shipments with approved carriers and freight providers
• Complete bills of lading, export documentation, and shipping records
• Utilize ERP systems to process shipments and update inventory status
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely as required
• Maintain organized staging and shipping areas
• Support cycle counts and inventory reconciliation as needed
• Adhere to safety, quality, and compliance standards
