About The Position
Shipper – Manufacturing Pay & Schedule Starting Pay: $19.50 per hour Schedule: Monday–Friday | 5:30 AM – 4:00PM Overtime as needed Employment Type: Full-Time | Hourly (Overtime Eligible) 🎁 Benefits Benefits start the 1st of the month following date of hire: Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Optional Critical Illness & Hospital Indemnity Coverage Paid Time Off (PTO) & Flex Holiday 401(k) with Company Match Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Boot Reimbursement & Prescription Safety Glasses 📦 What You’ll Do Prepare and stage finished goods for shipment Verify part numbers, quantities, and shipping paperwork Load trailers safely and efficiently Generate and process shipping documents in the ERP system Inspect outgoing shipments for accuracy and quality Coordinate with production and supervisors to meet daily shipping deadlines Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area ✅ What We’re Looking For Manufacturing or shipping experience preferred Ability to read work orders and shipping documents Ability to accurately read a tape measure and perform basic math (including fractions) Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools (calipers, gauges, etc.) Forklift experience or ability to obtain certification Basic computer skills Strong attention to detail and safety awareness Dependable and team-oriented Qualifications.
