About The Position

This is an exciting opportunity to upgrade to a luxury brand that has one of the best reputations in the world for reliability and owner loyalty. At Spirit Lexus you will be working in a fast-paced environment. We are committed to excellence in service, parts, and vehicle sales. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate to support our parts department and ensure efficient inventory flow. Position Summary: The Shipper/Receiver is responsible for handling incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records, and supporting the parts department with organization and logistics.

Requirements

Previous shipping/receiving or warehouse experience preferred (automotive experience a plus)
Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems
Ability to lift to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Possess an acceptable driving record with a valid driver's license.

Previous shipping/receiving or warehouse experience preferred (automotive experience a plus)

Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming parts and shipments against purchase orders
Accurately label, stock, and organize parts in the warehouse and showroom
Prepare and package outgoing shipments, including returns and inter-department transfers
Maintain inventory accuracy through regular counts and system updates
Keep the shipping/receiving area clean, safe, and organized
Communicate with vendors, delivery drivers, and internal staff regarding shipments
Assist parts counter staff as needed
