The Shipper/Receiver will receive and ship incoming and outgoing product and deliver product to appropriate areas.

Responsibilities

Move material/pallets manually or with a forklift.
Prepare product for shipment. i.e., assemble boxes, assemble wooden crates, use stretch wrap machine or bander to secure products to pallets
Load daily outgoing product on common carriers.
Verify all products unloaded/loaded for count accuracy and good quality.
Able to follow instructions.
Assist other shipper/receivers when needed.
Perform 5S activities.
Work as a team member and on your own.
Load various types of trucks.
Operate a variety of forklifts safely in a fast paced, congestive environment.
Comprehend and process required paperwork. i.e., packing slips, picking tickets, BOL etc.
Work outdoors in various weather conditions as needed
Perform all other duties as required.
