About The Position

The Warehouse Associate at Distribution International plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of the warehouse. This position is essential for maintaining the accuracy and safety of customer orders, which includes loading and unloading delivery trucks, pulling shipping tickets, and performing various warehouse duties. The role is designed for reliable team players who thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize safety.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Prior experience working in a warehouse preferred
• Experience operating a forklift preferred
• Ability to frequently bend, stoop, push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Properly stock inventory in the warehouse to ensure safety and cleanliness
• Accurately load and unload delivery trucks
• Safely operate equipment such as forklifts and clamps to move material about the warehouse
• Pull shipping tickets
• Conduct cycle counts of inventory as required through Total Warehouse Logistics system
• Perform other duties as assigned
