As a Stock Associate at Williams-Sonoma, Inc., you will exemplify the highest level of customer service standards to both internal and external customers. You will assist management in planning for the receipt of shipments, ensuring cost-effective receipt and any additional staffing needs. Your responsibilities will include processing shipments as they are delivered, maintaining accurate inventory records, and directing merchandise flow from the stock room to the sales floor. You will ticket and stock merchandise, organize stockroom departments, and process inventory paperwork, including store-to-store transfers and receiving discrepancies. Additionally, you will execute timely processing of donations and ensure the stockroom is clean and organized. You may also supervise and train stock associates and assist on the sales floor as needed, all while complying with company policies and procedures.
