About The Position

MilliporeSigma has an opening for a Shipper/Receiver I on E shift (weekend) for our Jaffrey, NH warehouse.  In this role you will maintain a high level of accuracy while performing a wide variety of tasks involved with receiving of materials, issuing material to production, preparing finished goods inventory for shipments, storing material into inventory via hand storage and pallet storage. You will also help ensure that all business objectives are being met, and the MilliporeSigma standards are being upheld. Maintain a high level of accuracy while performing a wide variety of tasks involved with receiving of materials, issuing material to production, preparing finished goods inventory for shipments, storing material into inventory via hand storage and pallet storage Plan, organize, and participate in daily warehouse operations and activities, including the receipt, documentation, storage, safety and distribution of equipment and supplies and maintenance of inventory. Maintain records of received goods and issued goods. Prepare data for computer input and work with computer printouts. Use Oracle and barcode scanners via WMS system. Perform weekly cycle counts. Prepare international shipments and recycling shipments. Follows cGMP practices. Use a wide range of forklifts (stand up, sit down, electric and propane). Obtain a DOT health card to drive 20 Foot box truck back and forth to our offsite location. E Shift: Thursday 10:00pm-6:00am, Fri & Sat 6:00pm-6:00AM and Sunday 10:00pm-6:00am.Occasional overtime and willingness to train on another shift until training requirements are met. Physical Attributes Lift up to 50 pounds individually and up to 75 pounds as a team lift. Pass DOT Physical.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Lift up to 50 pounds individually and up to 75 pounds as a team lift.
  • Pass DOT Physical.
