About The Position

TE Connectivity's Shipping & Receiving Teams perform a combination of manual and clerical shipping and receiving duties. They use computer systems for tracking, logging, verifying and reporting incoming and outgoing shipments. They follow shipping practices and procedures, transportation routing, schedules and requirements. The Shipping & Receiving Teams receive incoming materials and prepare materials for shipment. They also prepare raw materials for the production floor by cutting and weighing the final product and entering it into SAP. We are looking for a Warehouse Associate for day shift at our manufacturing site in Rapho Industrial Park in Manheim PA.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3-5 years of similar experience
• Computer skills - knowledge of computer systems used to process deliveries (SAP experience is preferred)
• Lifting ability - able to lift 35 lbs.
• Detail oriented - quickly and accurately distinguishes part numbers, batch numbers and quantities
• Willing and able to work flexible hours and overtime
• Ability to read and write English
• Ability to work in a team environment

Nice To Haves

• Entry level position, typically requiring little to no related work experience

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack deliveries for shipment to customers
• Safely operate bandsaw to cut raw materials to size, entering info into SAP as needed
• Process deliveries for multiple carriers using UPS and FedEx systems
• Safely operate order picker and other warehouse equipment
• Other duties as assigned
